This policy explains what PracticeOS collects, why, and what you can do about it. PracticeOS is a brand of Vertexium Environmental Solutions LLC, 110 N Akard St, Unit 448, Dallas TX 75201.
When you visit practiceops.app we collect:
_fbp).When you purchase, we collect (via Stripe and our own database):
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share buyer email lists with third parties for marketing.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our Facebook/Instagram advertising.
The Meta Pixel is a JavaScript snippet that fires four events from your browser:
The Pixel sets a cookie named _fbp in your browser to identify your session. The Pixel sends event metadata (event name, page URL, your browser type and screen size) to Meta.
We also send the same events from our server to Meta's Conversions API (CAPI) after a confirmed purchase. This is the "server-side" version of the same tracking. It bypasses browser blockers and helps Meta de-duplicate events.
With Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching, when you submit your email during Stripe checkout and land on our thank-you page, your email is hashed (SHA-256) in your browser before being sent to Meta. Meta uses this hash to match the purchase event to your Meta account for ad attribution and to build "lookalike" audiences of similar people.
The hash is one-way: Meta does not receive your email in plain text. We do not send your phone number, address, name, date of birth, or any other personal information to Meta because we do not collect those fields on this site.
You can disable Meta tracking system-wide via your Meta account settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Ads → Ad Preferences → Data about your activity from partners → off).
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): if you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising performance qualifies as "sharing" under the updated CCPA framework. To opt out, email hi@practiceops.app with the subject "CCPA opt-out" and we will exclude you from future Meta advertising audiences within 15 days.
General requests: you can ask us to delete your purchase record, export your data, or correct any information we hold by emailing hi@practiceops.app. We respond within 30 days.
